Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?
At most periods during the year we print & ship all orders within 2-3 working days of them being placed and most orders arrive within 3-5 working days. However during peak times such as Christmas please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be printed & dispatched & up to 7-10 working days to be delivered.

Will I get a Tracking Number for my order?
All orders are sent with a Royal Mail tracking number which you will receive once your order has been shipped. Alternatively you will find this tracking number in the my orders section of your account if you have created an account with us. 

Which Shipping Services Do You Use?
The majority of our orders are sent through Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. This is a fully tracked service where uyou will be able to see where your item is at any one point. A signature will not be required but photographic proof of deliveries will be provided via Royal Mail. We also use courier services for larger items that are too large to send via Royal Mail.

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes International shipping is available, most orders arrive within 7-10 days however please allow from 14-21 days for International orders to arrive.

I live outside the UK will I have to pay customs charges?
If you live outside the UK you are likely to have to pay customs duty in order to import the item into your country. These charges vary from country to country & customers are wholly responsible for paying these charges.

What will happen if I am not in to accept delivery?
If you are unable to accept delivery a calling card will be put through your letterbox. You can then contact your local sorting office/ courier collection point to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Is an invoice included with my order?
We do not include an invoice with any orders as some are for gifts. We may from time to time include promotional material such as leaflets.

When is the deadline for Christmas delivery?
The final date to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery 2025 is Monday 15th December 2025.

All orders place after this date will be dispatched during or after the Christmas break and so may not arrive until after the 25th December or the new year.

Will all of my items arrive together?
Usually yes, however, some items are sent separately as they are made in different areas of our production facility and cannot be shipped together.
